- We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
- When you make a purchase with DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc., we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Please allow 2-4 weeks (10-20 business days) for ALL custom orders.
GENERAL
- Normal operating business hours are Monday thru Friday, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Standard Time.
- For your protection, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
- Please verify that your account email address is current and valid. We will use this address to send your order confirmation, shipping information, etc. If you need to change your email address, please call us (872-333-9804).
- After placing an order you will receive a copy of your order via email. Please verify that your order is correct and call or email dynamacsportsgear@gmail.com as soon as possible if something is incorrect.
- After submitting an artwork request you will receive a copy marked for your approval. Please verify that the artwork meets your approval and call or email dynamacsportsgear@gmail.com
- DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
- The price of an item is final at the time of sale.
- Should you choose to use your Debit card (or any card linked to your checking account), the amount of your purchase will be charged to your account up front or at the time of order fulfillment. The funds reserved for your order may be held by the bank, even though the transaction has not been finalized. The actual length of the hold is determined by your bank and is outside of our control. However, most holds are released within 3 to 5 business days. Since debit cards are linked to cash accounts, changes or adjustments to your order can result in multiple pending transactions on your account. We do not assume responsibility for loss or inconvenience due to held funds.
- Face masks – have not been medically tested. Face masks are 100% polyester and are strictly used for personal appearance. Please consult with a medical professional to see if a different type of mask is good for you.
RETURNS
- All returns require a return authorization number which must be present on the outside of the return package. Please call (872) 333-9804 during business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST) to be issued an RA number.
- Return authorizations must be requested within 10 business days after receiving your order. Return shipments must be delivered back to DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. within 10 business days after the return authorization has been issued. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
- Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping box. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.
- All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after being received back to DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc..
- All returns for exchange will ship USPS Ground.
- All sales are final for Clearance/Closeout items. There will be no returns accepted.
WARRANTIES
- Items may carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects except as noted below.
- All customized garments/items cannot be returned. This includes customized uniforms, hemmed pants and special order items.
- Items may or may not be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Defective item(s) within the 30 day warranty will have the return shipping costs covered by DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. Replacements are issued after the return has been processed. DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. will require proof of defect.
- Items damaged by a 3rd party are not warranted.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Personal checks cannot be accepted. Please use money orders, certified or cashier checks, PayPal, or credit cards for payment.
COLLECTION OF SALES TAX
- By law, sales tax is collected for Illinois residents and forwarded to the State of Illinois. For out of state purchasers, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if they are responsible to pay taxes on the purchases based on their laws of their local government.
SHIPPING
- The day of shipment does not count as a shipping day. For instance, if you are in a one day shipping zone, you should get your package the NEXT day if you place your order before 12pm Central Standard Time.
- Upon delivery, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Discrepancies found more than 3 days after receiving your order will not be honored.
- Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Expedited Shipping will ship the same day for selected items if ordered before 12pm Central Standard Time, not including weekends.
- Saturday delivery is not available and we only process shipments Monday through Friday. Next day service placed on Friday before 12pm Central Standard Time will arrive on Monday.
- Custom orders will ship via your chosen shipping method when the customization process is complete. If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, this DOES NOT speed up the customization process. Customization orders are completed in the order in which they are received.
- We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx for orders shipping within the US and Canada. Orders shipping to an APO Military Address must be called in. We DO NOT guarantee any post office shipped orders. Once an order has shipped, credit or reissuing items for lost or non-delivered packages will not be granted.
- We do not ship using 3rd-party shipping accounts.
- UPS is used for shipping and UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. A PO box cannot be used as a shipping address.
- Packages that are returned to shipper will be left as an open credit on the customer’s account. We will not re-ship any order until confirmation of the correct address is provided by the customer. Re-shipment charges will apply.
- Canadian orders ship once a week. All Canadian orders placed before Friday will ship out on Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped with the following Friday shipment.
- We will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God.
- All Will Call orders take 24 – 48 hours to process.
PRODUCT DESIGN
- DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. reserves the right to make any design changes without notice or obligation to incorporate these changes in products previously purchased.
- When our art department sends you a mock up, please note that because of variations in display and/or printer settings it is impossible for us to be sure we are displaying an exact match. The color in your garment may or may not resemble the color on your screen or print out. Colors used in mock ups are for display purpose only. DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. Standard Colors are referred to by name at the time of order and confirmed when the mock up is confirmed. Unfortunately customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mock up was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. Please contact customer service if you believe that a named color was used in error.
- DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. design team prides itself on the ability to deliver quality custom artwork designed to your team’s unique taste. However, because the DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. name and reputation are attached to every design we create or print, we have set certain standards for content. DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to produce artwork on the basis of content. The following are some of the categories of content which may cause such a refusal: sexually explicit or suggestive content; offensive language, symbols or gestures; racist or anti-religious content or themes; and/or the inclusion of copyrighted images.
- DynaMac Sports Gear, Inc. also reserves the right to display your design on marketing materials without your permission. We do this with a partnership in mind to help promote your team and our quality product.
- If your logo is rejected either by design or by customer service, you will be given an opportunity to alter your design’s content so that it can be produced. Though we will make every effort to inform you that we must reject such items as early in the process as possible, please note that these changes may increase the design time.
- If you are providing a file to us and think some of the content may not pass, please bring this up with customer service at the time of order. This will prevent time wasted.
